Pascal was so knowledgeable, identified the problem immediately, took pictures of the issue on the roof so we could see it, made sure there was no water damage in the attic, and his price to repair and replace the faulty air vent was fair! I also contracted him to clean the roof & gutters! Even tho I have gutter guards, he found that there was tons of moss growing inside the gutter, so he removed the guards, cleaned out the moss and replaced the guards. All of this was fantastic, but the best part was his clean up! There was not one speck of debris anywhere and I actually think it was cleaner than when he started! Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Last year, I hired Pasqual's crew to clean and repair my gutters. The job was done quickly, everything was cleaned up and the price was quite reasonable. This year, I decided to hire him again to replace the shingles on my roof and repair any damaged wood under or around it. The bid was reasonable and detailed, the job was done on time and very close to the estimate, cleanup was fast and thorough and I'm VERY pleased with the work. I would absolutely recommend All Access for any roofing and/or gutter project.

Clean Gutters and Downspouts

Pascal phoned me approximately an hour before our 9 a.m. appointment, asking for the addresses. He arrived at the first house on time, was very pleasant, and worked hard. Everything was clean when he left... he put the roof gutter debris in the Yard Waste containers. Both my mother and I were pleased with him, and would recommend Pascal to others.

Clean Gutters and Downspouts

Pasqual was very professional. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would without trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and did it all at a very reasonable price. When I asked if he knew someone who could do another related job (fixing a problem with the drainage from my downspouts), he came up with a great design for fixing a problem that has plagued me for a while and was able to do that job as well--scheduling the work within a week and completing the job in less time than his estimate and for a great price. I would definitely work with him again!
